Ø Any material that is excessive for the needs of the material must be paid by the service provider to the location specified by the board of directors.
Ø The Service Provider must be responsible for all arrangements, obtaining permits for the disposal of material from the land owner where the disposal is carried out.
Ø Service providers in carrying out excavation work must be tried to be quite safe from landslides, especially at the place of heavy equipment.
Ø If the work is completed, the service provider must notify the directors for inspection.
